Latonio Malik Meeks  Scholarship Application

The LMM scholarship is named after a strong and loving man who dedicated his life to aiming and achieving his goals, despite all obstacles. He had a passion for uplifting others, especially young men to go after their dreams and to believe in themselves along the journey. Prior to his untimely death, Latonio planned to further his career in film, music, and mentorship.

This scholarship would be granted to two lucky male candidates per enrollment period, who depicts drive, ambition, perseverence and self confidence within themselves. The scholarship prize totals, $250.00 towards tuition cost. 

Please review the Eligibility Requirements prior to application completion.  After review, be sure to answer all of the story questions with a minimum of 4 sentences per questions. Upload the required documents along with your application. Eligibility Requirements:
1. Must be a U.S citizen
2. Must be a male at least 16 years of age 
3. Must have a current G.P.A. of a 2.5 or higher
4. Plan to enroll in a SMG program full time
5. Complete the application in full and submit the appropriate documentations.
6. Complete the program application which you are planning to attend, prior to the scholarship application.
7. A minimum of one profession letter of reference.
